Please kindly help me tell @luscious_bylisa to refund me my money. @luscious_bylisa I am calling you out on IG, you think after giving me a bad product with no remorse I will be quite, never this is just the beginning of it. Pls guys pls helpe me tag @luscious_bylisa to send me my money back am not one to be scammed, @luscious_bylisa I will go to any extend to get me money even d Authorities. U scammed me, giving me a damaged soap that color is turning into black before I received it, one of my item is missing, u don’t pick my calls or replies and u blocked me from reaching u. Send my money @luscious_bylisa
On the 9th of May I contacted @luscious_bylisa to purchase her products because I will love to resale her products over here in the US and she give me a list of what I am to purchase which was a promo price:
5 liters of skin milk lotion N95,000
5 liters whitening soap N120,000
5 liters of intense whitening face cream N120,000. which was in total: 335,000.
We agreed that and I requested for her account details. In other to have a smooth delivery I asked her to use her delivery personnel in which she said, she will check for cargo and DHL prices for me. Which was OK by me and I requested for time limit to know how fast it will take; according to her she said DHL takes 3-4 days and cargo takes 7-10 days. She concured that both companies do receive and deliver creams. Which was fine by me and I sent her payment for the delivery( 112,000) and cream (335,000).
The items I paid for was confirmed by us which was : 5 liters of skin milk lotion N95,000

5 liters of intense whitening face cream N120,000.
For the cargo she forwarded some information on cargo and DHL she have, and later on she said she find a cheaper cargo, but she didn’t tell me the name of the cargo she was going to use. According to her voice note she said the cargo charges $12 perkg to US for 10 working days and DHL charges $27 per kg for a shorter period (3-5 working days) and I told her we should go with the cargo company and she agreed.
A message was sent to me by her, telling me she’s trying to get the weight of the products.
In addition to my products I needed to send some other items over and i asked if it’s possible for her to attach the items to my request and she agreed.
To my surprise her staff mistakenly sent my items attached to another customer in France which wasn’t pleasant to me and I didn’t get bk my full items that was sent to France, though she paid for it but I wish I saw that as a red flag.
Receiving my purchased products from her; they were damaged the face cream was not full to d top of 5 liters I paid, it was 2 liters she gave me and the body cream was broken and thy toke it out, the soap was not wht I requested for, the color of her soap is pink and wht I received was black and cream color soap, means that it’s spoiled and I received only two items instead of three. I was so angry that I had to make a video to her.

Meanwhile she was chatting with my friend that I introduced to purchased her products also; How can someone who’s not feeling fine chat with other customer on the same day I was calling her and she was busying my calls.When a threatened to call the corps on her then she sent me a voice note Insulting me
