I’ll like to bring to your notice of a Rent scan and I am the victim of it.
I have had a discussion of taking a room in the unit 10 of COOPLAG ESTATE owned by Mr IKENNA Nwafor @traditional_primeminister

According to him, he’s the owner of the said property and I decided to pay for a room there since he already has two tenants in his house. One of the tenants stays at the boys quarters and one stays at one of the rooms in first floor.

We agreed for me to take one of the rooms and I told him I’ll pay on 20th of March 2023; which on the said date I paid the money and completing it the following day and the total is 1,024,000 and after then he’s been telling me cock and bull stories.
From fixing the roof to accommodating his family members to his sister taking the key to ebonyi to his mom dying. And I have been denied access to the property.

All this happened as I made admit to pack into the house, and now my current house has expired and I demanded for my refund.
Attached is the discussion and the recipient of my claim and also attached is his picture photograph and also the discussions leading to this day.
My current house is almost over in the next couple of days and I’ll need a refund to rent another apartment, I’m letting you
